Well anyway, I always like to test to see which sites have released a statement that their themes are working and tested with the new version, in this case WordPress version 2.8.5.

As I find them I will add to the page.

Premium WordPress kings StudioPress are usually first off the mark but I haven’t seen an announcement yet.

It seems WordPress 2.8.5 features various security improvements and tightenings.

For anyone worried about their security, in the recent blogpost on WordPress 2.8.5 there was a recommendation to use the WordPress Exploit Scanner plugin.
